Management did an excellent job at hiring Kristin, a young lady who is adding value to this organization!
I have never been to a little Caesars that has an employee so excited about her organization. This young lady even has a commercial pitch for corporate that she shared with me and two other customers in line.
I love going to places that hire young, enthusiastic people who want to give back to their work place.
The food looks great and I'm sure it will taste great but I had to leave this review before I ever left the parking lot.
The only sad thing I have to say is that I asked Kristin if she had pitched her idea to management and she said no, because she didn't they would listen/do anything about it.
While management did a good job at hiring some employees I believe that they need to work on creating an environment that encourages thinking. They could also work on the greeting process as I waited for five minutes before being spoken to by Kristin. I made eye contact with other employees but Kristin saw me from the back and she was the first to even greet me and it was from the opposite side of the store.

Not much to say here. The pizzas are never ever hot and ready! Like not once that we have been in have they had a supreme hot and ready. The service is awful and the place is never all that clean.
The only good thing is because you have to wait thirty minutes for them to make your pizza from scratch it is always fresh. -

The new Smokehouse pizza was spectacular at the Crystal River Floridas Little Ceasars. Loaded with meat and spicy BBQ sauce. Thank goodness I tried it there first because THIS little ceasars failed miserably in preparing what should have been a tasty smokehouse pizza. Dry, sparse meat, no tangy sauce and where the heck is the cheese!!!? Won't ever return to this pizza shop.
